Bookings are generally non-refundable. We do offer optional travel insurance with every reservation, which gives you flexibility in case your plans change. It’s always a smart idea to add that on just in case, and if you have any questions before booking, just reach out. We’re here to help.

YES, with restrictions. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, and all pet fees must be paid in full before bringing any animals onto the property. The pet fee is $75 per pet. NO CATS, NO PUPPIES. Puppies—defined as under two years of age or still behaving like a puppy—are not permitted. We do not allow training pads, pee pads, indoor potty systems, or litter boxes of any kind. If pets are brought without prior approval, pet fees will automatically double and be charged accordingly. 🚫 Please note: Certain breeds are strictly prohibited with no exceptions. This includes all pit bull-type breeds (American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Irish Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier), American Bulldog, American Bully, XL Bully, “Staffie,” or any “Pit-Mix.” Also not allowed: Afghan Hound, Akita, Bernese Mountain Dog, Boxer, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Malamute, any type of Mastiff (Canary, Neapolitan), Rottweiler, Saluki, St. Bernard, Siberian Husky, Weimaraner, Wolf Hybrid—or any dog that is a mix of these breeds.
